Building on a manufacturing foundation established in 1999, Dodik and his two brothers joined forces to launch Republic Furniture in 2011, building upon the expertise passed down through generations.

Under his leadership, Republic Furniture has grown into a trusted supplier for hotel projects, wholesalers, and retailers worldwide, serving clients in more than 35 countries.

Dodik’s strategic focus on quality control, design development, and sustainable teak sourcing has driven the company’s expansion across multiple divisions, including teak outdoor furniture and lighting.
