Return Policy

Because most of our furniture is made to order and produced based on customer specifications, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

However, Republic Furniture is committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. Returns or claims may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product received is significantly different from the confirmed order

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide supporting documentation for verification.

Return & Refund Procedure

How to return or refund furniture in Republic Furniture? To process a return or claim, customers must follow the steps below:

  1. Record an unboxing video when opening the package to show the condition of the product upon arrival.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging and affected parts.
  3. Send the documentation to our support team via email [email protected] within 7 days after receiving the goods.
  4. Our team review the claim
  5. After reviewing the claim, Republic Furniture will offer one of the following solutions:
    • Replacement of the damaged or defective item in the next shipment, or
    • Price deduction based on the value of the damaged part.

The final resolution will be determined after assessing the issue and through mutual agreement between both parties.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Products ordered with special sizes, finishes, fabrics, or materials

  • Orders cancelled after production has started

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Shipping Damage

All shipments are carefully packed for international transport. In the rare case of shipping damage, customers must:

  1. Inspect the goods immediately upon arrival

  2. Report the damage within 7 days

  3. Provide photos and an unboxing video showing the condition of the packaging and product

This documentation helps support claims with the shipping carrier and allows us to resolve the issue faster.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur production costs.
